This course will allow learners to review and apply theory and practice as outlined by the BCCNM Standards of Practice Framework for LPNs. A variety of approaches (eg. simulation) will help learners integrate theory from Levels 1-4 to provide safe, competent and ethical nursing care. 1.Demonstrate understanding of the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM) Standards of Practice Framework for LPNs: Scope of Practice Standards: Standards, Limits and Conditions; Professional Standards; Practice Standards, and Entry Level Competencies for LPNs
